Results of the Global Co-creation Survey 2010

Last year we conducted a Global Co-creation Survey to create a snapshot of the current co-creation landscape.

Practical guidelines
Although the majority of the participants expects co-creation to play a major role in the achievement of their future innovation and marketing success, managers also state to have difficulties implementing it due to insufficient internal knowledge or the priority of solving day-to-day issues. We already experienced this in practice, but this survey has provided more in-depth insights in the challenges a company with co-creation ambitions faces. The report contains ‘current state’ facts & figures, but also some practical guidelines on how to start a co-creation initiative or assess your activities done so far in this field.



The next level
Co-creation has clearly developed ‘beyond the hype’. At the moment there is sufficient proof and knowledge available to start a pilot project or take current co-creation projects to the next level. Besides that most consumers/customers are getting used to -or even expect!- to collaborate with companies in some of their processes. This report will support you with your next steps in co-creation.
